Accepted Payment Methods
Lumamber accepts the following payment methods at checkout. All payment options are displayed at the time of purchase. Available methods may vary slightly depending on your country of residence and the device you are using.

Pay instantly using a 6-digit code generated in your Polish banking app. Available with all major Polish banks. Authentication is handled by your bank's app.
Not accepted
Lumamber does not currently accept American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, cryptocurrency, SEPA Direct Debit, bank transfers, or cash on delivery. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) or instalment plans at this time. Payment options are subject to change — this page will be updated accordingly.
Pricing & Currency
Prices on lumamber.com are denominated in Euro (EUR, €). Customers in Poland and other supported markets can view and pay in their local currency — Polish złoty (PLN) for Polish residents — with the exact local-currency amount calculated at checkout based on the current daily exchange rate. The final amount charged is determined by the currency you select at checkout; if your payment card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply their own exchange rate.
All-inclusive pricing
The price displayed at checkout is the total price you pay. Lumamber ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and destination-country VAT (including 23% Polish VAT for Polish residents) are pre-paid by us as part of your shipping arrangement. No additional charges at checkout or delivery in normal circumstances.
Currency conversion & bank fees
If your card is denominated in a currency different from the one you select at checkout (e.g., paying in EUR with a PLN-denominated card), your bank may apply their own exchange rate and charge a foreign transaction fee. These charges are outside Lumamber's control and are the customer's responsibility.
VAT & the Hong Kong basis
BULKECOM LIMITED is registered in Hong Kong SAR, which operates a zero-rate goods and services tax regime — no VAT or GST is added by Lumamber to your order at checkout. For EU customers, destination-country VAT is pre-paid by Lumamber via DDP shipping (see Shipping Policy, Section 05). The result for you is simple: the price you see is the total price you pay.
Payment Security
The security of your payment information is a priority. Lumamber.com uses industry-standard security infrastructure to ensure your financial data is protected at every step of the checkout process.
Security standards in place
SSL / TLS Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and lumamber.com is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Look for the padlock in your browser's address bar.
PCI-DSS Level 1
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification in the industry.
No card data stored
Lumamber never stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. All card data is tokenised and handled exclusively by our payment processor.
PSD2 SCA & 3D Secure 2
For EU/EEA customers, Strong Customer Authentication is enforced as required by the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). Most card transactions trigger 3D Secure 2 authentication via your bank.
Authentication on Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK
Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are authenticated via your device's biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or PIN) and satisfy PSD2 SCA without an additional 3D Secure step. BLIK payments are authenticated directly in your Polish banking app. These methods typically offer the fastest, smoothest checkout experience.
Billing & Order Confirmation
Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout containing your order number, itemised summary, and shipping details.
When you are charged
Your card or BLIK account is charged immediately upon order placement.
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Your invoice is available in your account under Order History.
For BLIK payments, the charge appears in your bank statement under the merchant name registered with BLIK.
Payment declined?
If your payment is declined, no charge is made. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, failed 3D Secure authentication, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@lumamber.com.
No order confirmation received?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it after 30 minutes, contact us at info@lumamber.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate transaction amount. We will locate your order and resend your confirmation immediately.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
Lumamber reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch. For the protection of our customers and to prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional verification for certain orders — particularly high-value purchases or orders flagged by our payment processor's fraud detection systems.

Contact you by email to confirm billing or shipping details before dispatching your order.
Place an order on hold for up to 24 hours pending verification.
Cancel and fully refund an order if we are unable to verify it to our satisfaction.
Chargeback policy
We strongly encourage customers to contact us at info@lumamber.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Most payment disputes can be resolved quickly and directly, and our team has full authority to issue refunds, store credit, or replacements without requiring you to involve your card issuer.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Lumamber may delay resolution and could result in your account being flagged for future orders. All orders are backed by carrier tracking, our internal fulfilment records, and (where applicable) signed proof of delivery, which are provided to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.
Refunds & Cancellations
Payment refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. The following is a summary of refund timelines from a payment perspective.
Store credit
Instant
Issued immediately upon return approval. Never expires. Usable on any future order.
Original payment method
Within 14 business days
Lumamber initiates the refund within 14 business days of approval. Time for credit to appear depends on your card issuer or bank — typically 5–10 additional business days for cards, 1–3 business days for BLIK.
EU statutory 14-day refund
For consumers in the European Union exercising the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83/EU requires that refunds be processed within 14 days of us being informed of your withdrawal. We comply by initiating the refund immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal notice. See Returns & Refunds Policy, Section 02, for full details.
Order cancellation
If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the shipping carrier's network. Contact us immediately at info@lumamber.com if you wish to cancel.
No Subscription Billing
Lumamber does not offer subscription-based products or services. All purchases on lumamber.com are one-time transactions. You will never be enrolled in a recurring billing programme without your explicit consent. No automatic charges will be applied to your payment method after your order is placed.

This Payment Policy applies to all orders placed on lumamber.com and is subject to change without notice. For consumers resident in the European Union, statutory rights under Directive 2011/83/EU, the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), and applicable national law (including the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014) apply in addition to and supersede the terms of this policy where more favourable.
