These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any Services.
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The domain lumamber.com and all associated intellectual property — including the Lumamber brand, trademarks, and trade dress — are owned by BULKECOM LLC-FZ (Dubai, UAE) as brand holding company, and licensed to BULKECOM LIMITED (Hong Kong) for operating the website and all commercial activities. Unauthorised use of any content, brand assets, or IP is strictly prohibited.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
Prohibited
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update any information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Modifications to the Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
Products & Services
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. They are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and, for EU consumers, the statutory rights described in Section 22. Lumamber lamps and lighting products are designed and curated by Lumamber and manufactured in partnership with selected suppliers in China under quality oversight.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, materials, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Colours displayed on screen are reproduced as faithfully as possible but may vary slightly from the actual product due to display calibration and lighting conditions.
VAT, Customs Duties & Import Taxes
BULKECOM LIMITED is registered in Hong Kong, which operates a zero-rate goods and services tax regime. No VAT or GST is added to your order at checkout by us. Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and local taxes levied by their country's authorities upon delivery. For Polish residents, this typically includes 23% VAT calculated on the order value plus shipping, and may include customs duty depending on the product classification and total order value. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority, are entirely outside our control, and are not covered by Lumamber. We display product and shipping prices at checkout but cannot estimate import-side taxes for every jurisdiction.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account information including payment details so that we can complete your transactions.
Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
We may provide you with access to third-party tools and services over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
We may also offer new Services and/or features through the website in the future, which shall also be subject to these Terms.
Third-Party Links
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of those websites, and we do not warrant or have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, or resources from third-party websites. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant third party.
User Comments, Feedback & Submissions
If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (collectively "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.
Personal Information & Data Protection
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych), and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO").

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our store, measure performance, and serve targeted advertising.
A cookie consent banner is displayed upon your first visit to lumamber.com, as required by EU ePrivacy law. By accepting cookies, you consent to data collection by us and our third-party partners. You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our site.

Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Polish residents, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych) at uodo.gov.pl. Contact us at info@lumamber.com to exercise your rights.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
Prohibited activities
For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
To submit false or misleading information.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
To collect or track the personal information of others.
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, scrape, or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in Section 26 (Product Warranty) and as required by applicable statutory consumer protection law.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall BULKECOM LIMITED, BULKECOM LLC-FZ, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection law).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BULKECOM LIMITED, BULKECOM LLC-FZ, and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
If, in our sole judgment, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and us — without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection rights.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Why Hong Kong law?
BULKECOM LIMITED, the entity responsible for all sales, customer relations, and after-sales support, is incorporated and registered in Hong Kong. Accordingly, Hong Kong law governs all commercial transactions conducted through lumamber.com, regardless of the customer's country of residence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the resolution of any disputes — without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer (see below).
Mandatory consumer protection rights — important
Nothing in this governing law clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence. For consumers resident in the European Union, including Poland, statutory rights under EU consumer protection law and national consumer protection law apply in full and supersede this clause where they provide stronger protection. EU consumers retain the right to bring legal proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence, as provided under Article 18(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material changes affecting consumer rights will be communicated by email where you have an account with us.

EU & Polish Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from statutory consumer protection rights under EU law that exist in addition to, and where more favourable supersede, the terms of this agreement and our commercial policies. Polish consumers specifically benefit from rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).
Your statutory rights
14-day right of withdrawal — withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for procedure.
2-year statutory warranty (rękojmia) — protection against defects for two years from delivery (Directive 2019/771, Polish Civil Code Art. 556 et seq.). Cannot be waived.
Clear pre-contract information — right to clear information on product, total price including taxes, delivery, and payment terms before purchase.
Fair contract terms — unfair contract terms not individually negotiated are not binding (Directive 93/13/EEC, Polish Civil Code Art. 385¹–385³).
Where to seek help
UOKiK — Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) at uokik.gov.pl.
EU ODR Platform — Online Dispute Resolution for cross-border consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Federation of Consumers (Federacja Konsumentów) — Polish consumer NGO offering free legal advice.
Provincial Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) — for product safety and complaint mediation in your region.
Hierarchy of rights
Where any provision of these Terms of Service conflicts with a mandatory statutory right granted to you as an EU consumer, the statutory right prevails. The terms of our commercial Returns & Refunds Policy (e.g., the 30-day commercial return window, the 2-year commercial warranty) apply in addition to, not in place of, your statutory rights. You are entitled to use whichever framework is more favourable to you for any given situation.
Imported goods note
As Lumamber products are shipped from outside the EU, you will receive your statutory rights against BULKECOM LIMITED (the seller). Additionally, Polish law provides that intermediary carriers and any local authorised representatives we appoint may have parallel responsibilities under product safety law (General Product Safety Regulation EU 2023/988). For product safety concerns, please contact us first at info@lumamber.com.
Incorporation of Other Policies
The following policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form an integral part of the agreement between you and Lumamber. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to each of the following policies:
Policies incorporated by reference
Returns & Refunds Policy — governs all return requests, the EU 14-day withdrawal right, refund eligibility, return shipping obligations, store credit, and timelines. In case of conflict, the Returns & Refunds Policy prevails for return-related matters.
Privacy Policy — governs the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data, including our obligations under GDPR, the Polish Personal Data Protection Act, PDPO, and CCPA/CPRA.
Cookie Policy — governs our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies, your consent choices, and how to manage your preferences.
Shipping Policy — governs delivery options, transit times, customs procedures, and the obligations of carriers.
Intellectual Property
All content on lumamber.com — including text, product descriptions, product images, graphics, logos, icons, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of BULKECOM LLC-FZ or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Licence & Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this site in accordance with these Terms.
This licence does not include:
Any resale or commercial use of the site or its contents.
Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of a third party.
Use of data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools.
Framing or use of metatags or hidden text using our name or trademarks without our express written consent.
DMCA / Copyright Takedown
If you believe that content on lumamber.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@lumamber.com with subject "Copyright Takedown Request" including: identification of the copyrighted work; location of infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Shipping, Delivery & Title
Lumamber ships internationally from our fulfilment facilities. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer:
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are indicative only — not guaranteed.
For consumers, risk of loss transfers to you upon physical delivery, as required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 20). For non-consumers, risk transfers at the point of dispatch from our facility.
Once dispatched with a tracking number, delivery responsibility passes to the appointed carrier — though we will assist you in liaising with the carrier on any issue.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs & Import
Lumamber ships from Hong Kong. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For EU customers, this typically includes destination-country VAT calculated by your national customs authority.
Customs delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation, except as required by your statutory rights.
Refusal of a shipment — including refusal to pay customs duties — may result in the return shipment being treated as an unauthorised return, subject to the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping address accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lumamber cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address resulting from customer errors. Address corrections must be requested before dispatch — we cannot guarantee changes after an order is confirmed.
Product Warranty & Safety
Lumamber lamps and lighting products are designed to perform reliably for many years of normal use. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship through a combination of commercial warranty terms and the statutory protections you are entitled to under applicable consumer protection law.
Two layers of warranty protection
Commercial warranty: Lumamber lamps carry a 2-year limited commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of confirmed delivery. Statutory warranty: For consumers resident in the European Union, this commercial warranty is supplemented by — and in no way limits — the 2-year statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) provided under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Polish Civil Code Art. 556 et seq. Both protections apply independently, and you may invoke whichever is more favourable for any given situation.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly, including faulty wiring, defective switches, and premature LED failure within the rated lifespan.
Electrical components that fail under normal use within the warranty period.
Glass, ceramic, or fragile components that arrive damaged in transit — reported within 48 hours of delivery per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Finish or coating defects that emerge under normal indoor use.
Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling after delivery.
Damage from unauthorised modification, disassembly, or repair attempts.
Use outside the product's rated specifications — including incorrect bulb wattage, incompatible voltage, or use in environments not rated for the product (e.g., bathrooms with non-IP-rated fixtures, outdoor use of indoor-only fixtures).
Water damage, fire damage, or damage from power surges and other electrical anomalies on the customer's circuit.
Normal wear of consumable parts (note: replaceable bulbs are not included with most Lumamber products and are not warranted).
Electrical safety & installation
All Lumamber lighting complies with CE marking requirements and applicable European safety standards.
Products are designed for the EU electrical standard (230V, 50Hz) unless otherwise specified at the product page. Hard-wired fixtures (ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall sconces) should be installed by a qualified electrician where required by your local regulations. Lumamber assumes no liability for damage, injury, or fire arising from:
Installation performed contrary to local electrical codes or in defiance of safety instructions provided with the product.
Use of bulbs exceeding the maximum wattage rating stated on the product or its specifications.
Modifications to the product's wiring, components, or housing.
Use of the product in environments for which it is not rated (e.g., wet environments for non-IP-rated products).
Glass & fragile-component handling
Several Lumamber lamps feature hand-blown glass, ceramic, travertine, or other delicate materials. While we package each product with care, in-transit breakage occasionally occurs. Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, with photographs of both the lamp and the outer packaging, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered.
How to make a warranty or statutory claim
Email info@lumamber.com with subject "Warranty Claim — Order #XXXXX". Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video documenting the defect. We will respond within 5 business days and arrange repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate to the defect and your statutory rights. EU consumers may invoke statutory remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination) under Directive 2019/771 in the order and circumstances provided by that Directive.
Force Majeure
Lumamber shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Events beyond our control
Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or sanctions.
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by national or international authorities.
Disruptions to global supply chains, port closures, or manufacturing stoppages.
Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action affecting carriers or logistics providers.
Failures of third-party infrastructure including internet service providers, payment processors, or hosting providers.
Export restrictions, trade embargoes, or changes in customs regulations affecting international shipments.
In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability, subject to a refund of any amounts paid for undelivered goods. This clause does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Electronic Communications
By using lumamber.com or communicating with us by email, you agree to receive communications from us electronically.
Your agreement
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically — by email or by posting on the site — satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This includes order confirmations, shipping notifications, refund confirmations, and policy update notices. This consent does not affect your statutory rights.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at info@lumamber.com. Transactional emails related to your orders are not marketing communications and will continue to be sent as part of the fulfilment of your contract with us.
User Reviews, Ratings & Content
By submitting User Content (reviews, ratings, comments, photographs), you grant Lumamber a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
Your responsibilities
User Content must be truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience with our products.
User Content must not contain false or misleading statements, defamatory claims, or content that infringes third-party rights.
User Content must not contain personal information of third parties, unsolicited promotional material, or spam.
Incentivised reviews — submitted in exchange for payment, free products, or undisclosed compensation — are strictly prohibited under EU Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices) and Polish consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates the above rules or applicable law. We do not endorse any User Content or the opinions expressed therein.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to the following process — without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights:
Step 1 — Good faith negotiation
You must contact us at info@lumamber.com describing the nature of your dispute and the resolution you seek. We will respond within 14 days. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days from the date of first contact before commencing any formal proceedings.
Step 2 — Formal proceedings
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter before the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as set out in Section 18 — provided that EU consumers retain the right to bring legal proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence under Article 18(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
EU Online Dispute Resolution & UOKiK
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to refer disputes that we cannot resolve to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Polish consumers may also contact the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl, the Federation of Consumers (Federacja Konsumentów), or the relevant Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).
Class Action Waiver
Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, where permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lumamber, BULKECOM LIMITED, or BULKECOM LLC-FZ. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law, including in EU Member States where collective consumer actions are protected under Directive (EU) 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers.
Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy
lumamber.com is intended for use by individuals who are 16 years of age or older. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. Polish law requires parental consent for processing personal data of children under 16 in connection with information society services (GDPR Article 8 as implemented in Poland).
Children under 13 — COPPA
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@lumamber.com. We will promptly delete such information upon confirmation.
Purchases must be made by or with the explicit consent of a person who has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order we have reason to believe was placed by or on behalf of a minor without appropriate consent.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Lumamber does not currently offer subscription-based products or services. All purchases on lumamber.com are one-time transactions. This section will be updated if that changes, and any subscription terms will require explicit consent at the time of subscription, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
